Mr Bachmann’s team takes care of the customers’ application solutions individually. Through close cooperation between the engineering and design department and the user, an optimal and innovative machine solution is developed for the given boundary conditions. OUR PROCESS

After receiving the request, the customer’s information is forwarded to Design and Management, who decide whether the project can be implemented.
THE EXPERTIn order to clarify any outstanding questions, we seek dialogue with our customer. This allows us to better respond to the customer’s requirements and specifications.
We can then start working on a concept that is suitable for the customer.
After exchanging information, we prepare a specified offer and sent it to the customer.
After an additional conversation, the contract can be concluded.
Once the customer has placed the order, we begin the design process. Close cooperation between the design departments, Management and the customer is of the utmost importance to us to ensure the best possible results.

Start of assembly by the workshop team. The exchange between the purchasing, design and workshop departments is essential here.
We commission the product in house together with our customer.
We also conduct preliminary inspection in house.
We then deliver the ordered or special machine.
After delivery, commissioning can be carried out at the customer’s premises. Assembly is carried out with our workshop team and our service on site.
This ensures acceptance of the product by our customer.

Takeover of the Wilhelm Schmohl company
by Roland Bachmann and

Move to the current company headquarters in Eislingen
and entry into special machine and apparatus construction.
