M 230 Sewing machine for bus seat covers

Up to a short time ago the covers were produced manually using sewing stencils. This process is now being automated by means of a sewing machine for all 10 different types.

In addition to just sewing on a piece of calico, the calico tubular tape is now put ready automatically and this procedure has been integrated into the sewing process. All transport, feeding, sewing and cutting procedures are now automatic.

The fully automatic sewing machine for sewing seat covers has already been produced in many variations.
