M 254 Multi-needle sewing machine for car seat covers

PWP tapes are sewn on to car seat covers of 2 mm or 8 mm material thickness.

As car seat covers are made of striped material, the seam has to keep its shape well on the visible side.
Due to frequent changes of program for the parts, the multi-needle machine has to be as simple and quick as possible to change over.

• Cycle timing: approx. 3 – 4 parts per minute
