M 259 Multi-needle sewing machine for door trim panels

The parts, made of PVC imitation leather with 5 double decorative seams per part for the door trim of a four-door vehicle, are manufactured in a fully automatic sewing process (double chain stitch). After the sewing of the seams, the resultant chain threads are cut about two or three stitches beyond the edge of the material and the parts are then stacked in transport containers.

This machine is fully automatic and produces imitation leather parts with 5 double decorative seams and subsequently deals with cutting of the chain thread.
